Residency Eligibility

Personal Use
Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed immediately and any balance held may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Security
When registering an account on es77 you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed.
2.1 Account Security
Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. If any unauthorised activity occurs on your account, notify the es77 support team immediately. es77 will not be liable for account access or misuse by third parties.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Where required, es77 may request government-issued identification (national ID, passport, driving licence) and proof of address to verify your identity. If verification documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, withdrawal access on the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household address or IP address. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network will be treated as a violation of this policy.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
es77 supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services and banking channels.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank).
- Deposits must come from an account registered in your own name. Third-party payments will not be accepted.
- Successfully verified deposits will be reflected in your account. If any issue arises, please contact the support team.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Typical withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour (under normal circumstances).
- Withdrawal requests will be processed only to the payment method used for the original deposit.
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals from bonus funds are not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
If fraud or money laundering is suspected in any transaction, es77 reserves the right to place the payment on hold and report it to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
es77 provides various promotional offers for new and existing players. Each offer has its own terms, which are published on the offer detail page.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 200% bonus on the first deposit applies, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳50,000 has been wagered.
General Bonus Terms
- es77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
- Each bonus must be used within a specified time limit, otherwise it will expire.
- Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the accounts may be suspended.
- Some games may contribute differently to bonus wagering — please read the terms of the specific offer.
VIP Program & Cashback
es77's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Tier 2
Silver
Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Tier 3
Gold
Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Tier 4
Platinum
Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity. Reaching a higher tier depends on your consistent participation. Cashback is paid every Monday within a specified window. Your account must be active to receive cashback benefits.
Gaming Rules
All games available on es77 are operated by tested and certified software to ensure fairness. es77 is partnered with a range of leading game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and Ezugi.
6.1 Fair Play & Technical Errors
If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in any game, es77 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount. Winnings obtained under erroneous circumstances will not be considered valid.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software or hardware.
- Operating games through bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Colluding with other players to operate games (collusion).
If any of the above activities are detected, es77 may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all winnings earned.

- Violation of any clause of these Terms.

- Identification of a minor.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between es77 and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by this document.
12.3 Language of Communication
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will prevail.
